Both are set within residential areas and close to shopping, beaches, sportfishing and educational facilities - Palm Beach Community College and Florida Atlantic University.

The Lake Worth property is opposite scenic John Prince Park, which offers a wide range of recreational activities, including tennis, volleyball, basketball and bicycling.
